Sharing some of the roots of my practice

A few years ago, I studied Hawaiian culture with Kumu Ramsay Taum. Many of the concepts he taught me are in this YouTube video, where he is interviewed by my Ancestral Medicine teacher, Daniel Foor. Daniel is the founder of Ancestral Medicine.

I love the interview because it combines two of my incredible teachers discussing two of my favorite topics – Hawaii and Ancestral Healing. 😊 I love this land, I love being on this land, and love all the lessons I have learned from these two incredible teachers.
