Ancestral Healing Sessions
Connect with those who came before you
Discover the goodness and heal the lineages that live within you, even if you know nothing about your family’s history. Using Daniel Foor’s Ancestral Medicine process, develop a relationship with the larger energetic family that has been with you since the beginning of your journey. With your active engagement, deep healing is available. I adhere to the Ancestral Medicine Code of Ethics in this work.
Three sessions over a month’s time are recommended to establish the foundational work for this journey. If you are new to working with me for Ancestral Healing, please book a “New Client” session or package.

Ancestral Healing by Session
New Client Session - 90-minute session: $135 (USD)
Please choose this establishing session if you are new to the Ancestral Healing process with me. You may also choose this if you prefer more extended sessions.
Client Session - 60-minute session: $90 (USD)
Please choose this session if we have had an Ancestral Healing session before.

Energetic Insights Support Package (4 times a year) - $575 (Original price: $600) (USD)
This package includes one Energetic Insights session 4 times a year (once a quarter).
Energetic Insights Year Package (12 times a year) - $1500 (Original price: $1,800) (USD)
This package includes one Energetic Insights session 12 times a year (monthly).

Ancestral Healing or Energetic Insights?
Ancestral Healing = you connecting with and healing your ancestral lines.
Energetic Insights = receiving healing for yourself.
When trying to decide what kind of session is right for you, ask yourself if you are in a space to actively participate in healing your lineage or if you are feeling contraction, blocked in some way, or your nervous system is taxed and you are looking for guidance and external healing.
An analogy that might be helpful is the concept of a bad cold. If the people in your household have a cold, are you in a space to help heal loved ones from the said cold? Or do you actively have a cold (too) that needs to be tended to and healed first? Healing from your immediate cold (Energetic Insights) will allow you to then be ready to help your loved ones feel better (Ancestral Healing).
Sometimes both are helpful
There are times when clients want to start the Ancestral Healing process but feel there are blocks or immediate personal issues that need to be resolved before moving forward with Ancestral Healing. An Energetic Insights session can be helpful so that you feel ready within yourself to do deep work with your ancestors.
During the Ancestral Healing process, some people find it helpful to do an Energetic Insights or Nervous System healing session in between Ancestral Healing sessions. It can help integrate the Ancestral Healing work you are doing or help with what might be coming up for you personally due to this work.
